Is it possible to safely use Darcy Ripper on the deep web?

There are many websites hidden within Tor, I2P (Invisible Internet Project) and other. How to use Darcy Ripper safely in these places to archive hidden content?
 
Must be Darcy Ripper interacts with Tor or I2P software to follow all rules and routing and not leak information to be safe. This useful tool in cataloging and creating forensic image of some hidden websites. Your help in how to do is most greatful.

The short answer to this is (unfortunately) no. Darcy does not interact with Tor or any other similar anonymity software.
If you really want to achieve this sort of anonymity there are free (or paid) proxy services that can be used.
Regarding leaked information, Darcy does not trigger client side scripts (e.g. Javascript) when downloading web resources and it will only send information that you specify (e.g. cookies, WWW authentication details). Still, as you pointed out there are many other details that will not offer you total anonymity.
